The Juku Refeeding Program is our original rearing method, designed to draw out the depth of flavor stored within mother Wagyu (cows that have calved), honed through years of life and refined by the power of nutrition and renewal.
Our cattle are fed with a unique fermented TMR (Total Mixed Ration) formulated from local resources.
This balanced nutrition fosters healthy bodies and vitality.
Moreover, by raising them in a stress-free, spacious environment, we allow the natural strength of mother Wagyu to emerge—
producing lean meat with a concentrated richness, and a sweet, mellow aroma reminiscent of aged whisky.
